Common questions
What counts as a "translation"?
One successfully translated manga page. Pages that fail or have no detected text don't count. Re-translations of the same page within a 6-hour window don't count either.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can manage or cancel your subscription in the customer portal. Refund requests are reviewed case by case under our Terms.
Which plan should I pick?
Day Pass gives 100 pages in 24h for $0.99. Starter gives 1,500 pages per month for $4.99/month. Power gives 3,000 pages per month for $9.99/month.
What if I go over my monthly cap?
Translations pause when the monthly allowance is used and resume when the next allowance begins. Use the customer portal to manage an active subscription.
Do I need an OpenAI API key?
No. The hosted backend uses our OpenAI account. If you'd rather use your own key (BYOK), switch the Backend tab in the popup to "OpenAI", that mode is unmetered but you pay OpenAI directly.
